THE ROLE 
Within our Operations department - Internal Campaigns team, we have a great opportunity for a Marketing Operations Executive that will be working on Sopro’s internal campaigns.

As a Marketing Operations Executive – Internal Campaigns, you will take part in the prospecting delivery strategy for Sopro itself. This will include leveraging our multichannel prospecting service to promote Sopro’s services to B2B clients worldwide. Additionally, you will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to ensure a well-managed, efficient, and productive internal campaign delivery process.


This role is offered as a
maternity cover (with a 12-month contract), making it a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-impact position within a well-established team. You will gain hands-on experience across our internal campaign strategy and execution, with full ownership of your work and the chance to make a meaningful contribution from day one.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities  

  • Planning and scheduling of day-to-day delivery for Internal multichannel prospecting campaigns using internal business systems.

  • Planning and scheduling of day-to-day multichannel outreach campaign activities using internal business systems.

  • Demonstrate strong multitasking and time management skills while contributing to complex, well-structured campaign.

  • Strict adherence to operational processes and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the required specification.

  • Identify bad data, errors and potential points of failure during the delivery process and resolve in advance of issues arising.

  • Ensure specific outreach campaign material is configured to flawless written English.

  • Generate and distribute a range of daily and weekly client activity reports.

  • Continuously work on campaign optimization by reviewing the real time performance by segment and channel and by adjusting targeting, tech config/and or messaging copy, to improve the success rate, create strategies to achieve client success.

  • Take an active role in the development of the businesses core product features and services by continuously giving suggestions to improve performance or reduce cost.

  • Work with the Operations Manager on constantly optimizing the performance of the internal campaigns to hit monthly and annual targets.

 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Strong business understanding, as well as an understanding of lead generation and sales processes, ideally in a B2B environment

  • Excellent English, both written and verbal  

  • Impeccable presentation skills and attention to detail

  • Strong data analysis background with proven experience using data management tools, preferably in Excel 

  • Experience working in an international environment and eagerness to work in a multicultural environment 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders and excellent time management skills – you are able to manage simultaneous campaigns to an exceptional standard

  • Previous experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Linkedin Outreach would be considered as a plus  

  • Working knowledge in marketing automation software, or any CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) would be considered as an advantage
