THE ROLE
Within our Skopje team, Sopro has an exciting opportunity for an IT Administrator. This role would suit someone who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping systems running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
As an IT Administrator, you will work closely with our colleagues and the management providing essential first-line support, maintaining the entire IT infrastructure and managing the company's cloud needs. You'll also play a key role in ensuring a streamlined and reliable technology infrastructure, allowing our team to operate efficiently.
Being part of Sopro, you’ll contribute to the backbone of our technology, supporting both strategic growth and a seamless user experience within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- • Installation and configuration of software and hardware
• Management and setup of users and licenses
• Domain DNS configuration and management
• Maintaining Windows and Linux server infrastructure
• Maintaining computer network infrastructure
• Maintaining monitoring and alerting solution
• Ensuring smooth operation of cloud resources
• Acts as first line support for IT issues
• Reporting and cost analysis
Job requirements
ABOUT YOU
-
• Proven experience on same or similar position
• Experience with databases, networks and patch management
• Experience with Azure, AWS and GCP
• Worked on virtualization (preferably Proxmox)
• Experience with Grafana/Promotheus
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Ubuntu Server
• Experience in managing SQL and MySQL servers
• Excellent Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong communication skills
